for faculty or staff positions at UWA:

In addition to regular mail, all application materials will be
accepted by electronic means. If submitting application
materials by electronic means, the guidelines below should be
followed:

application, vita, and letters of reference may be sent as
an email attachment in one of the following formats: MS
Word, RTF, PDF, or Word Perfect. To ensure proper receipt
of emailed materials, applicants may request a confirmation
reply.

application materials may be submitted via fax. However,
it is the applicant's responsibility to follow up with a
telephone call to ensure that the faxed documents have
been received in full and are legible. All faxed
materials must be followed with originals by mail.
